When you arrive at our dental office for the first time, we’ll give you a brief tour. Then, we’ll take you back to one of our comfortable consultation areas where you’ll meet Dr. Upton and one of our dental assistants. We’ll discuss your needs or goals you have for your smile before moving you to a treatment room to take X-rays and conduct a visual examination of your teeth and gums. If we spot any signs of oral health problems, we’ll let you know and walk you through any treatment recommendations that we have.
We ask that all of our new patients fill out necessary intake paperwork ahead of time, before you get to our dental office. We’ll provide you with these beforehand so we can see you as soon as we input the information in our system. If you have any questions or need help accessing these forms, please contact us directly.
